This DVD contains 2 great events pre and post WM 16. No way out begins with the "Undefeated" Kurt Angle taking on Jericho for the IC title. very good match to set up Angles double title reign with the guidance of Bob Backlund. The tag title match is entertaining which sees Billy Gunn getting injured. the other undercard matches set the main event up for the career match between Cactus Jack and HHH. JR's commentary of this makes the match that much better.

Backlash 2000 was voted the card of the year by Powerslam, and indeed it was. firstly shown on Channel 4 the card begins with a half cut Debra guest announcing the tag team title match. The rivalry between Malenko and Scotty 2 Hottywas highly fuelled and they had an excellent match. Boss man match was a good filler and then the legendery Hardcore title match with crash holly brings back excellent memories of the 24/7 ruling.

Angle has a 1 sided encounter with big show "Showster", the unmissable dudley boys match with T&A where the ending is a classic. Guerrero has a sound match with Rios, before the lengthy and Technical IC title match between Benoit and Jericho. The main event was all around the Rock having the fight of his life but having Stone cold in his corner. Seeing Vince show up towards the end gave it a great finish!

This DVD is well worth the purchase. Those who may not have seen WM 16 https://www.silvervision.co.uk/products/WrestleMania-2000-DVD-2-Discs.html should consider this also as rivalries and fueds starts to begin at No way out, which continue through to Backlash, such as the Rocks quest to lift the WWF Title.

NO WAY OUT was fantastic Edge & Christian being my personal favourite match but my favourite moment, possibly ever, is Cactus Jack getting back dropped through the cel and the ring the only downside apart from Cactus' retirement is the fact that he came back a month later at wrestlemania
BACKLASH was very good Y2J v Benoit especially but the best part of course is the appearence of the texas rattlesnake Stone Cold Steve Austin this ppv started the 3 month wwf championship back and forth between Rock and Triple-H

Such a great two pack of Tagged Classics, No Way Out has the infamour Hell In A Cell match and Backlash has the great return of Stone Cold.

10/10 For both events, love Tagged Classics so much!

personally i love both of these events from 2000
highlights for me from no way out 00 have to be angle vs jericho, kane v xpac, rock vs big show and the now epic hell in a cell encounter between triple h and cactus jack, where it's title vs career.
backlash 00 is probably the strongest outing for the post-wrestlemania event. a stellar lineup with some awesome matches. benoit/jericho once again does not disappoint, as if it ever would and the wwe championship is action packed and edge of your seat stuff with the arrival of the rattlesnake. brilliant buy

Backlash 2000 remains to this day my favourite WWF/E PPV. Some quality matches on the undercard, including a great technical masterclass by Dean Malenko in his match with Scotty 2 Hotty with an innovative finish. The main event is stellar, with the end result what should have happened at WrestleMania 2000

no way out good points:

chris jericho(c) vs kurt angle was a good opener but an unfortunate ending to the match but it was a good starter to no way out
world tag team title match
new age outlaws(c) vs the dudley boys was a good tag team battle bit of dirty play by bubba taking out billy gun with a lead pipe outside the ring
#1 contender for tag titles
edge&christian vs the hardy boys with terry this was ok i would not say it was bad but it wasnt great but a good ending when edge and christian edge was good back in 2000

too cool and rikish vs radicals eddie guerrero at side
this is just another classic match with too cool and rikishi you just cant get bored of them
#1 contender match for title match at wrestlemania 16
the rock vs big show this was a good battle between the two warriors shane mcahon returns and screw the rock over
hell in a cell match career vs title match
this is the main event over no way out and backlash this is cactus jakcs last hell in a cell amazing match there was chairs barbed wire and fire

mark henry vs vicera this is a pointless match it lasts for under 4 minutes

big boss man vs tazz this ends in 5 minutes by dq by big bossman and prince albert then it is just beat the hell out of tazz

Awesome Tagged classics release. Both PPVs matches was awesome only match i didt like was Bossman vs Tazz and Mark Henry vs Viscera but other matches was either good or decent. Hell in a cell match is awesome between HHH and Cactus Jack. and Backlash main event is fantastic. i recommend this dvd set every wrestling fan.

Fantastic package. Highly reccomend. No Way Out is a great PPV with a fine Hell In The Cell match and some good matches on the under card. Only 2 bad matches on this PPV (Mark Henry Vs Viscera and The Big Bossman Vs Taz). Backlash is another great PPV with a fantastic main event. Worth every penny.

Ce double dvd est INDISPENSABLE pour tous les fans de catch, qu'ils soient fans de l'attitude era ou fans de la periode actuelle. Les deux shows sont excellents, la qualite est constante du debut a la fin de chaque ppv.

No way out est a voir absolument pour le hell in a cell entre triple h et cactus jack dans ce qui est sans doute le meilleur hell in a cell de l'histoire apres celui de shawn michaels vs the undertaker. Les autres matchs sont fantastiques, et il preparent tous a wrestlemania XVI .

Backlash est le prolongement de wrestlemania XVI en developpant intelligemment les matchs precedents avec une qualite bien superieure. L'ambiance lors de backlash est incroyable (surtout pour le match hhh vs the rock). Je recommande tres fortement ce dvd, on ne s'ennuie pas un seul moment et c'est l'unique moyen de profiter de ces images sans logo flou. A acheter d'urgence !

No Way Out & Backlash 2000 were awesome PPV?s by the WWF. I miss the Attitude era alot.
This DVD is a MUST HAVE in my opinion.

Ok my star rating is based on NWO only as i havent seen backlash. I personally believe that NWO was a terrible PPV. Apart from the HIAC and Rock/Big Show the rest of the card was bland, and 2 of the matches were the some of the worst matches ive ever seen on PPV (Henry v Viscera/Tazz v Bossman). So unless you know that Backlash is worth the money then I wouldnt bother.

Quite possibly the very best tagged classic release from Silvervision! Backlash 2000 is my all time favourite PPV, and would easily make my top 5 PPV's ever based on quality and entertainment. No Way Out is another great PPV, featuring the epic war between HHH and Cactus Jack inside the Hell in a Cell, as well as a strong undercard too!

One thing I thought I would point out, the back cover for this set has a mistake :P. One of the matches is listed at 2 Cool & Rikishi Vs Perry Saturn & Chris Benoit... but Dean Malenko was also in the match!

Attitude era at his best! Two classic wwe ppvs here, the main events are great and the undercard matches are solid, if you love hardcore wwe then pre-order it right now!

unbelieveble events

Awesome two events! No Way Out was highlighted by a double main event with Big Show taking on The Rock to become the number-one contender to the WWE Title and the brutal Hell in a Cell match with Cactus Jack versus Triple H. Backlash 2000 was my favourite Pay-Per-View of the year due to the gripping main event for the WWE Championship featuring Triple H against The Rock with a special appearance by the "Texas Rattlesnake" Stone Cold Steve Austin.
Two great WWE DVDs essential for any fan!

Backlash 2000,the return of steve austin and of corse the rock became a 4 X WWF Champion XD this was one of my fave PPV's of 2000 at great era

a dream come true to own these two pay per views that featured either side of mania 16,these two events contain some genuine highpoints in the wwf as it was then and increased the pressure on wcw to fight back,something they couldnt recover from

Looking forward to those set, I've pre-ordered it just so I get it before it's released in stores, the 2000 Tag Classics are a MUST!
