Discover the answer when Big Show challenges Mark Henry for the World Heavyweight Championship. Best WWE PPVs of 2011 -
1. Money In the Bank
2. Vengeance
3. Summerslam
4. Night of Champions
5. Hell in a cell!
(Since Money in the bank every PPV has been top notch!)
Well.... If you look at that list (my personal list), you will see that Vengeance is the 2nd best PPV of 2011 (nothing from the past 10 years could even come close to hoe great MITB was), which is true, this PPV is abtioulutley amazing. Dont agree with the comment below because it's completly wrong, this is from start to finish a brillaitn PPV and 100% worth every penny!
The night starts with AirBoom vs Dolth Ziggler and Jack Swagger in a match that opened the show brilliantly, lots of high flying in this match and a lot of great entertainment! Match couldn't of been better and was a lot of fun! Then Zack Ryder comes out "Woo Woo Woo"ing and puts on a solid match with Dolth Ziggler, a good match (its worst match of the night but that dosnt mean that its fantastic!) with lots of great spots and a good outcome! Then we come to the divas match which I was suprisingly excited for, and it didn't dissapoint, Beth Pheonix and Eve Torres put on a really good divas match, possibly divas match of the year. Sheamus and Christian then put on a good match that's highly entertaining and sets you up for the following matches with alot of excitment! Triple H and CM Punk vs. Awsome Truth was next, the match itself was very good and Triple H put on a very good performance along with the rest of the competitors, the ending was really great as Kevin Nash came out and gave Triple H a huge Jacknife! So far the event had been perfect and I was worried that they would ruin it with louzy main events... they didnt. Before the 2 main events we had Rnady Orton vs Cody Rhodes in a match that was brilliant, the whole match was just great and some really good spots including a huge moonslut from Cody Rhodes. Then... the World Heavyweight Championship match, Big Show Vs Mark Hnery (Mark Henry is my personally favorite by the way). They have a great match both showing their power and strenth and then... they broke the bloody ring! Thats right, the momment of the night, a historic momment as a supperplex from Mark Henry breaks the ring (as shown on the DVD cover), the match has too stop but was not dissapointing! Then we come to the last match, a last man standing match! The match has to continue in the broken ring which added a lot of effect to the match, a lot happens... here's what happens...
- Steel steps are used
- They battle backstage
- Alberto throws Cena through a big 'V'
- Alberto falls 10ft through a table
- John Cena AA's Alberto through a table
And a lot more, the match was great and wa sa brilliant way to end the great PPV, the end result was bloody amazing too. So yeah, Vengeance was an amazing PPV that is very historic and the best PPV since (minus MITB) No Mercy 2007! Everything made this PPV great; Good booking, good PPV buildup, the ammount of good proffesional wrestling, the shocking momments, the ring breaking, the extremeness and everything else made this top notch! But this DVD, you won't regret it!
