Wrestlemania 21 Goes Hollywood gets a full ***** from me.
Rey Mysterio Vs Eddie Guerrero **** These two got off WM21 to a great start with both superstars performing some excellent high flying moves from Eddie and Rey Rey.
Money in the Bank - Chris Jericho Vs Chris Benoit Vs Christian Vs Shelton Benjamin Vs Edge Vs Kane **** What a great debut for the MITB ladder match where we saw the Rated R Superstar take the biggest opportunity of his career to grab that briefcase and cash it in a year later
Randy Orton Vs The Undertaker ***** This match was one of my favourites as I did think the streak was over because of the interference of Cowboy Bob Orton. I was very impressed with the way Orton was blocking Takers moves and that chokeslam turned into an RKO was awesome.
Trish Stratus Vs Christy Hemme for the WWE Womens Championship *** This Womens Championship encounter between Trish and Christy was more like a match you see on Monday Night RAW.
HBK Vs Kurt Angle ***** This match goes down as my favourite of the event as we see Mr Wrestlemania take on the Olympic Gold Medalist Kurt Angle. This match had goosebumps inside me as i couldn't think on who was going to win this class match-up but overall Kurt Angle was the greater performer but HBK did not disappoint.
Big Show Vs Akebono in a Sumo match * This match-up was the disappointment of WM21, this match got off to a slow start and kept the fans waiting fot 5mins and when the match started it just didn't work
John Cena Vs JBL for the WWE Championship *** JBL's performance in this match was quite impressing to how he usually wrestles but for this match-up he was dominating over Cena. Cena himself was just letting JBL beat him up for 10mins of the match-up, but somehow Cena overcame the beatings to hit the F-U on JBL to become the WWE champion for the 1st time in his career.
Batista Vs Triple for the World Heavyweight Championship ***** Now we come to my 2nd favourite match of WM21 the first encounter between The Game Triple and The Animal Batista, this is where Batista became my favourite superstar after The Rock. The World Heavyweight Championship itself was deffo coming to Batista.

WrestleMania 21 overall was enjoyable with the exception of one awful match, this dvd shows all of the trailers that were made whilst promoting this event. The Basic Instinct trailer was kinda good as we saw the beautiful Stacey Kiebler pose as Sharon Stone whilst my alltime favourite trailer was the taxi trailer which had the famous lines "are you talking to me" which made me laugh my head off.

WrestleMania 21 was a truly great WrestleMania, from the Hogan/ Piper hall of fame to the supeb card that made this WrestleMania remembered for more then one match. The card was full of big hitters fighting each other for the first time. Alot of the riveries would flow though the year making 2005 a great year in WWE. The best thing about WrestleMania 21 for me was the
Hollywood film parody trailers which are all included within the dvd. Watching HHH as Mel Gibson still makes me crack up.

2nd: Money In The Bank
3rd: Undertaker vs. Randy Orton

an absolutely brilliant wrestlemania!
eddie vs rey is a strong opener, the debut of money of the bank is also a memorable affair with some great spots.
taker vs orton is another strong contest for the deadman, brilliant match with a great hype around it. batista vs triple h is also a decent enough showdown but the match of the event undoubtedly has to go to kurt angle and shawn michaels for a 25 minute classic in showmanship and wrestling ability. fantastic, must-see stuff! the return of hulk hogan is also worth a little watch.
great extras, with the full hall of fame ceremony and all the hilarious promo-spots. a guaranteed BUY!
